Terms of use

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”), which runs Class360. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.
Using Class360
- You must be 13 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s agreement. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Class360 is in beta. We work hard to keep it running, but it may change, and live classes or recordings can occasionally fail.
- Using Class360 is free during the beta.
Teachers
- You run your own classes: who joins, what you share, and any fees you agree with your students (fees are between you and them; Class360 doesn’t take payments yet).
- Tell your students (and, for younger students, their parents) that classes may be recorded, and only record and share for teaching. Recordings never include students’ cameras, and students only see a recording after you share it.
- You keep the rights to what you upload and create (files, whiteboards, recordings). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Class360.
Everyone
Please don’t:
- harass, bully or threaten anyone, or share hateful, sexual or violent content;
- record, screenshot or share classes or other people’s content outside Class360 without permission;
- upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything harmful (such as viruses);
- try to get into accounts or classes that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service;
- use Class360 for anything illegal.
Teachers can remove students from their classes. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove content that does.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deleting a teacher account also deletes its classes, files and recordings, after a 7-day window to change your mind.
Our responsibility
We provide Class360 “as is” during the beta. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for lost lessons, content or income. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence), or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [privacy@your-domain].
